Haiqianwei Steel Pipe won the bid for the Kaminho deepwater FPSO project in Angola: On February 3, 2025, Hebei Haiqianwei Steel Pipe Co., Ltd. successfully won the bid for the steel pipe supply contract for the Kaminho deepwater FPSO project in Angola. The project is jointly invested and developed by international energy giant TotalEnergies, ENI, Sonangol and other companies. It is located in Block 17/06 in Angola, with a water depth of 1,700 meters. With its core technology of "deep-sea corrosion-resistant high-strength steel pipe", Haiqianwei Steel Pipe completed technical adaptation, joint bidding and qualification review in 18 months. It is China's longest island-linking highway and the largest cross-sea bridge group.
